Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with luxury hospitality standards
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure competitive pricing
- Optimize procurement processes to reduce costs while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities for hotel supplies
- Coordinate with department heads to forecast procurement needs and inventory requirements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities
- Analyze spending data and prepare regular procurement performance reports
- Lead vendor evaluation and selection processes for key product categories
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in luxury hospitality or high-end service industry
- Proven track record in vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market trends and financial data
- Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-departmental collaboration experience
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; other languages considered an asset
- Certified Professional in Supply Chain Management (CPSM) or equivalent preferred
