- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with business objectives
- Source, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers for materials and services
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to optimize cost efficiency
- Manage supplier relationships and performance monitoring
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability
- Monitor inventory levels and implement demand forecasting
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing management
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation and contract management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in cost-benefit analysis
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software
- Knowledge of manufacturing supply chain processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is an advantage
