Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans for chemicals, raw materials, engineering components, and technical spares
- Manage supplier relationships, conduct negotiations, and evaluate supplier performance
- Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities in the procurement process
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all purchasing activities
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Analyze purchasing data and prepare regular reports on procurement performance and cost optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve procurement-related issues and improve supply chain efficiency
- Stay updated on industry developments and implement best practices in procurement management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure favorable terms with suppliers
- Experience in purchasing chemicals, raw materials, and engineering components
- Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or similar qualification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
