- Develop and execute comprehensive purchasing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with suppliers to secure the best value and reduce costs.
- Manage and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality, delivery, and reliability standards.
- Monitor market trends and inventory levels to forecast material requirements accurately.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including production and logistics teams, to understand operational needs.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, procurement regulations, and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a purchasing or procurement role within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and cost-saving initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
