Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic purchasing plans aligned with business objectives
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and negotiations for optimal pricing and terms
- Coordinate with department heads to forecast procurement needs and maintain inventory levels
- Analyze market trends and recommend cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality
- Oversee purchasing department operations and ensure compliance with company policies
- Prepare monthly purchasing reports and performance metrics for management review
- Mentor and lead the purchasing team to achieve departmental KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of purchasing experience in hospitality/tourism sector
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in purchasing software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and industry standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
