- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize cost efficiency and quality
- Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms
- Review purchase requisitions and ensure compliance with company policies
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse team for efficient stock management
- Prepare and analyze purchasing reports for management review
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in import/export trading
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management
- Proficiency in purchasing software and MS Office applications
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
