Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes including supplier identification, quotation requests, and purchase order preparation
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with vendors across multiple categories (F&B, operational supplies, equipment)
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative sourcing solutions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to optimize value while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with department heads to forecast procurement needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sourcing guidelines, and budgetary constraints
- Prepare regular purchasing reports and analytics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience in hospitality or similar industry
- Strong negotiation skills with proven track record of vendor management
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of local supplier networks in Perlis/Kangar area preferred
- Certified Professional in Supply Chain Management (CPSM) or equivalent certification advantageous
