- Manage end-to-end F&B procurement processes including sourcing, negotiation, and supplier selection
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing
- Analyze market trends and pricing structures to optimize purchasing decisions
- Implement inventory control systems to minimize waste and ensure stock availability
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular vendor evaluations
- Prepare and manage purchasing budgets while identifying cost-reduction opportunities
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with culinary teams to align purchasing with operational needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience in F&B or hospitality sector
- Proven negotiation skills with track record of cost savings
- Strong analytical abilities for market trend analysis and budget management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory management systems
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
