Are you a procurement professional with a passion for gastronomy? PT OMOTESANDO INDONESIA is seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Manager to join our team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will be the gatekeeper of quality, ensuring that our kitchens are supplied with only the finest ingredientsāfrom premium beef cuts to artisanal dry goods. You will play a pivotal role in our supply chain, bridging the gap between high-end global suppliers and our culinary operations to maintain the uncompromising standards our brand is known for.
The ideal candidate is a strategic negotiator with a sharp eye for market trends and a deep understanding of the F&B industry. You will be responsible for cost-efficiency without ever compromising on quality, fostering strong relationships with vendors, and implementing robust inventory systems to minimize waste and maximize operational excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end procurement process for all F&B ingredients and operational supplies.
- Source and audit premium suppliers, negotiating favorable pricing and delivery terms to optimize costs.
- Maintain high-quality standards by conducting regular inspections and quality control checks on incoming raw materials.
- Develop and manage procurement strategies to streamline supply chain workflows and reduce lead times.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the culinary team to ensure seamless stock availability.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to provide actionable insights for procurement budget planning.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations and company quality assurance policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing within the F&B, hospitality, or restaurant industry.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and ingredient quality assessment (specifically premium meats and artisanal products).
- Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and build long-term relationships with diverse suppliers.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both in Indonesian and English, with a professional and collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to the fast-paced nature of the restaurant industry.
