Become a key player in our hospitality team as Purchasing Manager - Food and Beverage (F&B). - Develop and execute purchasing strategies for food and beverage supplies
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate optimal pricing terms
- Monitor inventory levels and implement cost-effective reorder systems
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality control standards
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to forecast supply needs
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and budget tracking
- Evaluate supplier performance and develop alternative sourcing channels
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in procurement/supply chain management within hospitality
- Proven experience negotiating with F&B suppliers in Bali/Indonesia
- Strong analytical skills for cost-benefit analysis and market research
- Expertise in inventory management systems and procurement software
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards
- Excellent communication and vendor relationship management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
