This position offers an attractive compensation package of RM13,000 per month plus a 13th-month salary and performance-based bonuses.
As our Purchasing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our supply chain operations, overseeing the procurement process and managing vendor relationships to ensure optimal cost efficiency and quality standards. You will lead a team of procurement professionals, develop sourcing strategies, and negotiate contracts with suppliers across various categories.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize costs and ensure quality standards
- Manage and develop relationships with key suppliers and vendors
- Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate favorable terms
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production departments to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Prepare and manage the purchasing department budget
- Implement and maintain procurement policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their procurement needs and provide solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record in procurement within the manufacturing industry
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of procurement software and systems
- Professional certifications in supply chain management (CIPS, CPSM) are a plus
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
