Join an established multinational corporation (MNC) in the manufacturing sector as a Purchasing Manager. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with manufacturing production schedules
- Solicit, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery performance metrics
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing agreements with key suppliers
- Manage supplier relationships and performance through KPI monitoring and regular reviews
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to source specialized materials and components
- Optimize inventory levels while minimizing carrying costs and supply chain disruptions
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, sustainability standards, and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of purchasing experience in manufacturing environment
- Proven track record in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market trends and cost drivers
- CIPS or equivalent procurement certification preferred
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
