Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies to support manufacturing production schedules and inventory goals.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the purchasing team to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company policies.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing processes, including vendor identification, negotiation of contracts, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure accurate material forecasting and cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain and optimize vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing, lead times, and quality standards.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to proactively mitigate supply chain risks.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company procurement standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, preferably within the electronics or high-tech manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of global sourcing and logistics best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay; ability to effectively communicate with international stakeholders.
