Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, vendor selection, and price negotiation.
- Coordinate with global suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
- Handle all aspects of import documentation, freight forwarding, and customs clearance processes.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent production bottlenecks while minimizing holding costs.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare regular procurement reports and analysis for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and local trade regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong understanding of international trade, freight, and customs clearance procedures.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse suppliers.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with ERP/Inventory management software.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a manufacturing environment.
