Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end procurement management including sourcing, negotiation, and supplier evaluation
- Preparation and issuance of purchase orders with strict adherence to budgetary constraints
- Monitoring order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance
- Maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation for audit purposes
- Implementing cost-saving initiatives through strategic vendor partnerships
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (A57/C1/C2/C3) and company policies
- Collaborating with production and finance teams to align procurement activities with operational needs
- Conducting market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and price trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing within manufacturing sector
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure favorable terms
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical skills for cost-benefit analysis and supplier evaluation
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CPSM) is advantageous
