- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate terms and conditions to secure the best pricing and quality.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs.
- Maintain and update supplier records, contracts, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehousing teams to streamline supply chain operations.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain principles.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
