Tanggung Jawab
- Research and identify potential vendors and suppliers to ensure a diverse and reliable supply chain.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stock shortages or excesses.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and price fluctuations.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery time, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely payment of invoices and budget adherence.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer, Buyer, or in a similar procurement role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a manufacturing environment.
