BBK Group - Philippine Food Asia is a dynamic, fast-growing multi-brand company in the food industry. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to join our operations team in Muntinlupa City.
As our Purchasing Officer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and supplies essential for our manufacturing and logistics operations. You will manage the complete procurement lifecycle, from creating and processing purchase orders (POs) to strategic supplier coordination and inventory management. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, negotiate favorable vendor terms, and directly impact the company's operational efficiency and profitability.

Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with local and international suppliers to guarantee on-time delivery of quality goods and services at the best possible cost.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, forecasting demand, and preventing shortages or overstock situations.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with vendors to achieve significant cost savings and value-added benefits.
- Maintain and continuously update the approved vendor list (AVL), evaluating supplier performance and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Resolve supply issues, order discrepancies, and returns in a prompt and professional manner.
- Prepare and present regular procurement reports, spend analysis, and market insights to management.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse, Production, and Logistics teams to streamline inbound supply chain operations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of solid experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within manufacturing, FMCG, or logistics.
- Proven track record in negotiation, supplier management, and cost reduction strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experienced with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle is an advantage).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
- Knowledge of import/export documentation, customs procedures, and local logistics is a definite plus.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Muntinlupa City.
