Tanggung Jawab
- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure optimal quality, cost, and delivery performance
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements
- Analyze market trends and recommend cost-saving initiatives for raw materials and equipment
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Implement and monitor procurement KPIs to track efficiency and compliance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers across the supply chain
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, ethical sourcing standards, and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of procurement/purchasing experience in manufacturing or agribusiness
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong negotiation skills with proven track record in vendor management
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and supply chain optimization
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial metrics
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent preferred
