Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to meet the hotel's operational needs.
- Sources, negotiates, and selects vendors to obtain the best price, quality, and service.
- Manages purchase orders, ensures timely delivery of goods, and resolves any discrepancies.
- Monitors inventory levels and coordinates with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Analyzes spending patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
- Maintains accurate records of all transactions and ensures compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain in the hospitality or retail industry.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with external vendors.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
