Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and procure goods/services while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards
- Manage inventory control systems including stock monitoring, reordering, and warehouse coordination
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships through negotiation and contract management
- Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve procurement discrepancies
- Analyze market trends and pricing to optimize procurement strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with departments to forecast supply needs and align procurement timelines
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of procurement or purchasing experience in hospitality sector
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of local procurement regulations and customs procedures
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
