Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiation, and Purchase Order (PO) processing.
- Oversee importation activities and ensure strict compliance with customs regulations and shipping documentation.
- Track shipments and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely arrival of materials.
- Evaluate and assess supplier performance to maintain high standards of quality and reliability.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in forecasting purchasing requirements to support production schedules.
- Ensure all purchasing activities adhere to company financial controls and operational policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or importation within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of import procedures, customs clearance, and international shipping.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
