Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for raw materials and production equipment
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve optimal cost savings
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production departments
- Prepare and analyze purchase reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
- Stay updated on market trends and supplier developments
- Collaborate with finance department for budget management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
