You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality packaging materials, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring that our production lines never face downtime due to material shortages. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end procurement activities, specifically focusing on packaging materials and production consumables.
- Conduct thorough market research and quotation comparisons to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality adherence.
- Establish and maintain strong, productive relationships with existing and new vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to ensure timely material supply.
- Process purchase orders, track shipments, and resolve any discrepancies in deliveries or invoicing.
- Participate in periodic vendor audits and performance evaluations to maintain supplier standards.
- Support the procurement manager in developing long-term sourcing strategies to mitigate supply risks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) will be highly regarded.
