- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for optimal quality and cost efficiency
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize value for the organization
- Manage procurement budgets and track spending against forecasts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements
- Implement and improve procurement processes using best practices
- Monitor market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of procurement or purchasing experience
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of Singapore's procurement regulations and AWS scheme
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
