Tanggung Jawab
- Source and procure restaurant supplies, food ingredients, beverages, and equipment at optimal prices
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure competitive rates and terms
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking
- Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant management to understand operational needs and requirements
- Evaluate supplier performance and develop relationships with reliable vendors
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of all supplies
- Research market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and quality improvements
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations in all purchasing activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality purchasing
- Strong understanding of food & beverage supplies and hospitality industry standards
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in inventory management and procurement software
- Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus
- Willingness to work in Kuta Selatan, Bali
