Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end procurement cycle management including RFQ issuance, vendor selection, and contract finalization
- Strategic supplier relationship development and performance monitoring
- Cost analysis and market trend evaluation to identify optimization opportunities
- Inventory coordination with logistics teams to ensure timely material availability
- Compliance enforcement of purchasing policies and regulatory requirements
- Procurement documentation management and process improvement initiatives
- Collaboration with engineering and production teams to align purchasing strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of procurement experience in manufacturing or logistics environments
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong negotiation skills with proven vendor management success
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification desirable
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with international supply chain operations
