Wahyu Abadi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Purchasing Senior Officer to lead our procurement operations in the vibrant district of Jakarta Selatan. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the entire purchasing cycle, from identifying suppliers and negotiating terms to placing orders and receiving goods.
- Analyze market trends to forecast material needs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with existing and potential vendors to ensure favorable terms.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including production and logistics teams, to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, regulatory standards, and safety requirements.
- Prepare and analyze purchasing reports to support decision-making and performance tracking.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
