Are you an experienced supply chain professional with a passion for high-quality perishable goods? We are seeking a dedicated Purchasing Senior Staff to join our team in Jakarta Timur. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our procurement operations, ensuring that our food service and retail outlets are stocked with the finest meat and fruit products.
As our Senior Purchasing Staff, you will take ownership of the end-to-end procurement cycle. From identifying reliable local and international suppliers to negotiating competitive contract terms and maintaining stringent quality standards, your expertise will directly impact our operational excellence. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can balance cost-efficiency with uncompromising quality, ensuring a seamless supply chain that supports our growth objectives.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for meat and fruit categories to ensure consistent supply chain performance.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new, cost-effective, and high-quality suppliers.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance through periodic audits and quality assessments.
- Manage purchase orders (PO) and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely arrival and accurate inventory levels.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions and quality disputes with vendors promptly.
- Analyze purchasing data to forecast demand and optimize inventory turnover.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, specifically in the food/perishable goods industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of market trends for meat and fresh produce.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record of vendor management.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
