Tanggung Jawab
- Source and procure raw materials, packaging supplies, and equipment for seafood production
- Manage purchase orders, supplier negotiations, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate international and domestic shipping logistics including freight forwarding
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock rotation for perishable goods
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and customs documentation
- Track shipments and resolve logistical delays proactively
- Analyze supply chain costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years experience in purchasing/shipping operations, preferably in food/seafood industry
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Ability to manage perishable goods with temperature control awareness
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
