Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to support manufacturing objectives and optimize costs.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions to achieve the best overall value.
- Manage the complete purchasing cycle, from purchase requisition to order fulfillment and delivery tracking.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Conduct market research and cost analysis to identify sourcing trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
- Prepare and present regular procurement performance reports to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of solid experience in purchasing, strategic sourcing, or procurement within a manufacturing company.
- Proven track record of successful negotiation and contract management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in precision manufacturing, electronics, or a related industry is a strong advantage.
- Willing to work full-time on-site at our facility in Mabalacat City, Pampanga.
