Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and onboard qualified suppliers across multiple categories
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to optimize cost efficiency
- Manage purchase orders, inventory levels, and supplier delivery schedules
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-reduction opportunities
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and quality standards
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships through regular communication
- Collaborate with production, quality, and finance departments for alignment
- Implement procurement best practices and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing/sourcing within manufacturing
- Strong negotiation skills with proven vendor management experience
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of local supplier markets and logistics networks
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven procurement decisions
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent preferred
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
