Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and reliable supply sources.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure purchasing requirements align with production schedules.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, supplier contracts, and delivery schedules.
- Resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, quality discrepancies, or pricing disputes with suppliers.
- Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing policies and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews of existing suppliers to ensure service levels meet company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics in dealing with external vendors.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound knowledge of supply chain logistics and inventory control principles.
