Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for construction materials and retail products
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers and vendors
- Analyze market trends to optimize purchasing decisions and cost savings
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Implement and maintain procurement policies and procedures
- Prepare regular procurement reports and budget forecasts
- Collaborate with finance department for vendor payment processing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of procurement experience in construction/retail industry
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and compliance
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with strong English communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
