Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supply chain excellence? ZAMA is looking for a dedicated Purchasing Specialist to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Santo Tomas City, Batangas.
In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary liaison between our purchasing department and internal end-users, ensuring seamless operational flow. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of direct material commodities, ensuring that all procurement activities align with Zama’s global quality and efficiency standards. You will play a critical role in cost optimization, inventory integrity, and supply chain continuity, directly impacting our bottom line and production capabilities.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for direct material commodities to support production requirements.
- Liaise effectively between internal end-users and the procurement department to define and meet material needs.
- Maintain and update supplier records within Zama’s ERP system, ensuring 100% data accuracy.
- Evaluate and monitor supplier performance based on quality, lead time, and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with vendors to optimize procurement costs.
- Analyze market trends and commodity pricing to provide actionable insights for future purchasing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, ethical standards, and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of direct material commodities and procurement best practices.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
