As a key member of our supply chain team, you will ensure seamless project execution by strategically sourcing materials, equipment, and services while maintaining strict compliance with industry regulations. This role requires proactive vendor management, cost optimization, and quality assurance to support our manufacturing and logistics operations.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, production teams, and finance departments to forecast procurement needs and negotiate favorable terms. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for project materials and services
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified suppliers/vendors
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to optimize costs and terms
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain vendor relationships
- Ensure procurement compliance with company policies and regulations
- Track inventory levels and coordinate material deliveries
- Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation
- Analyze market trends and recommend cost-saving opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of procurement or purchasing experience
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and logistics processes
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
