Tanggung Jawab
- Source and evaluate local suppliers to meet company requirements for raw materials and services.
- Compare quotations and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Process purchase orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams to prevent shortages.
- Implement cost control measures to optimize procurement spend without compromising quality.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier performance documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand material specifications and demand forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on cost efficiency.
- Knowledge of local supplier markets and sourcing regulations in Selangor.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
