Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end purchasing processes, from requisition to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with vendors to achieve the best value for the company.
- Manage vendor relationships through regular communication and performance reviews.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities to interpret market trends and supplier data.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is a plus.
