Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Purchasing Officer and Assistant Purchasing Manager in identifying and qualifying new suppliers/service providers
- Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and evaluate their capabilities/cost structures
- Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and vendor documentation ensuring compliance with company policies
- Monitor supplier performance metrics including delivery timelines, quality standards, and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with logistics and production teams to align purchasing activities with operational needs
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain accurate supplier databases and procurement documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to secure favorable terms and pricing
- Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of purchasing processes, supplier evaluation frameworks, and logistics operations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
