Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end purchasing process, including sourcing, ordering, and delivery coordination.
- Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with suppliers to maximize cost efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and ensure project continuity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and logistics partners.
- Analyze market data to identify trends and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Manage purchase orders, track shipments, and resolve any delivery discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of construction materials and supply chain logistics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
