Detian Coking Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Purchasing Specialist to join our growing team. In this key position, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of coal procurement activities, acting as the primary link between our company and the global coal market. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that we secure high-quality coal resources that meet our strict operational standards, delivered on time and at competitive prices.
As the face of our purchasing department, you will drive the supplier development process, identifying new vendors and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners. You will conduct rigorous market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, providing data-driven recommendations to senior management. Furthermore, you will oversee the negotiation of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the entire lifecycle of coal purchasing, including sourcing, negotiation, and order fulfillment.
- Develop and evaluate potential suppliers to build a robust and diverse supply base.
- Conduct detailed market research to forecast price trends and demand fluctuations.
- Negotiate commercial terms, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment conditions.
- Monitor incoming coal quality and quantity, coordinating with quality assurance teams as needed.
- Resolve any logistical or commercial discrepancies with suppliers in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records and reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in purchasing, specifically within the coal, coking, or mining industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
