Tanggung Jawab
- Source and procure high-quality raw materials, including premium beef and artisanal dry goods, ensuring optimal availability for kitchen operations.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with existing suppliers and identify new vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality assurance.
- Monitor inventory levels and analyze usage trends to optimize stock orders and minimize food waste.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with suppliers to maximize cost-efficiency without compromising on product quality.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and quality control procedures during the purchasing process.
- Coordinate closely with culinary and kitchen teams to forecast demand and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, reports, and documentation for audit purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with suppliers and vendors.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP), hygiene regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, and experience with inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
