Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end procurement cycles for both direct and indirect materials to support manufacturing requirements.
- Negotiate high-value supplier contracts, focusing on favorable pricing, quality standards, and lead-time optimization.
- Identify and execute cost-reduction strategies and value-engineering opportunities to achieve annual savings targets.
- Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure KPI compliance.
- Develop and implement standardized procurement SOPs to enhance workflow efficiency and transparency.
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse departments to manage inventory levels and mitigate supply chain disruptions.
- Analyze global market trends and raw material price fluctuations to inform strategic sourcing decisions.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation within the ERP system to ensure audit readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in purchasing or strategic sourcing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of successful negotiations and achieving measurable cost savings.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP software (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a contract-based role with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
