Kily Marketing Corporation is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Staff to join our growing team in Taytay, Rizal. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our purchasing and procurement operations, ensuring smooth inventory replenishment, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to keep stock moving efficiently.

You will be involved in monitoring inventory levels, processing purchase requests, and assisting in negotiating favorable terms with suppliers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Process purchase orders and requisitions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Track deliveries and follow up on pending orders to ensure on-time arrival
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information
- Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to align purchasing activities with demand
- Research and identify new suppliers while maintaining relationships with existing vendors
- Assist in negotiating pricing and delivery terms with suppliers
- Prepare reports on purchasing activities, costs, and inventory status
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of any Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in purchasing or procurement is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes
- Willing to work in Taytay, Rizal and can start immediately
