Tanggung Jawab
- Source and purchase automotive parts and materials in accordance with company specifications and budget.
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and stock levels.
- Process and verify purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to receive and inspect incoming shipments.
- Monitor market trends to identify potential cost savings and alternative suppliers.
- Assist in the development of purchasing policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software (e.g., SAP).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and build strong relationships with vendors.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
