Private Advertiser, a key player in the manufacturing, transport, and logistics sector, is currently seeking a skilled Purchasing Staff to join our operations team in Brgy. Inosluban, Lipa City. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of ₱15,000 – ₱18,000 per month. As part of our procurement department, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth flow of materials essential for our production and distribution activities.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in purchasing, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple suppliers simultaneously. You will work closely with various departments to identify needs, source quality products, and maintain cost-effective procurement processes. Your attention to detail will help us avoid supply disruptions and maintain high standards of quality.

- Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery performance.
- Prepare and process purchase orders for raw materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to achieve cost savings.
- Coordinate with internal departments to determine procurement needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
- Resolve any issues related to deliveries, quality, or discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of local market and suppliers in Batangas area is an advantage.
