As our Purchasing Staff, you will play a critical role in optimizing our inventory flow, negotiating terms with vendors, and supporting the seamless operation of our F&B outlets. You will work closely with the operations team to maintain optimal stock levels while balancing cost-efficiency and quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily procurement activities to support F&B operational requirements.
- Source, screen, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality product delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with outlet managers to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Perform regular price benchmarking to ensure cost-efficiency across all categories.
- Process purchase orders (PO) and ensure timely delivery of goods through effective logistics tracking.
- Maintain and update the supplier database, ensuring all compliance and quality standards are met.
- Prepare regular procurement reports, including cost analysis and vendor performance evaluations.
- Resolve discrepancies in deliveries, invoicing, or quality issues in a timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Purchasing or Procurement, preferably within the F&B or Hospitality industry.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and professional English communication.
- Knowledge of inventory management software/ERP systems is a strong plus.
