Tanggung Jawab
- Identify reliable suppliers and manage procurement processes for manufacturing materials.
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) while ensuring accuracy in pricing and specifications.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stockouts.
- Negotiate terms, delivery schedules, and pricing with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain comprehensive records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance metrics.
- Perform regular market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
- Resolve issues related to shipment delays, quality discrepancies, or damaged goods.
- Prepare periodic reports on purchasing activities and budget utilization for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing, procurement, or administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) and basic inventory management software.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes within the manufacturing sector is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bacoor City, Cavite.
