Tanggung Jawab
- Source, negotiate, and purchase raw materials and supplies required for manufacturing operations, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and suppliers to ensure favorable terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Analyze market trends and pricing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate better deals.
- Prepare purchase orders, track shipments, and resolve any discrepancies or delays in the supply chain.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly procurement reports and budget tracking.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer, Buyer, or similar role in the manufacturing or textile industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
