BB International Leisure and Resort Development Corporation is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Staff to join our dynamic team in the Clark Freeport Zone. In this role, you will play a vital part in our operational success by managing the end-to-end procurement process for various categories.
As a Purchasing Staff, you will be responsible for supporting the PBG (Property and Business Group) purchasing requests, ensuring that project requirements are met with efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and monitor purchase requests for PBG departments, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgetary constraints.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) and ensure accuracy in documentation and system entries.
- Manage end-to-end procurement for diverse categories, rotating through different segments to support evolving business needs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to determine operational requirements and inventory levels.
- Maintain and update the supplier database, conducting regular performance evaluations and compliance checks.
- Resolve issues related to deliveries, invoice discrepancies, or product quality in a timely manner.
- Prepare periodic procurement reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be willing to work on-site in the Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
